How We Work ?
1) Once you have place your order on Meds4care.com you would receive an email from back-end team with order information.
2) Your order would be in pending state as you have to complete payment formalities.
3) We would raise Payment Request from our end and send email for the same.
4) Check your email within 24 hours and make the payment accordingly.
5) Once your payment is received successfully we would email you for the same and we would take your order into processing.
Some Important Notes To Keep In Mind
1) Once you place the order and by some reason you have to move out of station / country then you can place your order on hold, but you have to email us with order number for the same (that when we have to ship your order with perfect date) then according to that date we would ship your order, so delivery goes smooth and there would be no interruption.
1) Once you place the order and you want to cancel it then inform us at same time via email with your order number, so we can cancel your order immediately, but if you fail / forget to inform us then your order would be shipped from here and it would not be cancelled.
2) By mistake you have place the wrong product order then email us within 24 hours time with your order number so we can cancel it, but if you forget to email us within 24 hours of time then your order would not be cancelled.
Dispatch / Shipping Time
1) Once your payment is successful we usually ship order within 24 to 48 hours time.
2) Once your order is shipped you would receive an email from our back-end team regarding tracking info and how to track your order, so it is advisable to check your emails.
1) Normally deliveries take 7 to 10 days time to reach to your doorsteps.
2) But sometime due to natural calamities / flight delay / cancel the deliveries time can be affected.
Returns & Refunds
1) If you get any wrong product / damage product then you have to email us with your order number along with product photo / video, so at time of order arrival start video recording and then start unboxing the product.
2) You have to email us within 24 to 48 hours of time. But if you fail to response us within given time frame then no query would be entertained.
3) Once we received email within 24 to 48 hours time we would go through it and email you the same within 24 to 48 hours time.
4) If we would found everything you had mentioned is correct we would refund you within 7 days of time.
